Yes, CALI CLEAN is fully insured with public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

4. Do you offer a bond back guarantee for end of lease cleaning?

Yes. We offer a bond back guarantee. If your real estate agent raises any cleaning issues related to our work within the agreed time frame, we’ll return to fix it.

5. How long does an end of lease cleaning take?

The time depends on the size and condition of the property. We will give you an estimated time and price after assessing the job details.

6. Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?

No. As long as we have access to the property, you don’t need to be present during the service.

7. What areas do you service?
